Soroptimist International of Los Angeles is one of 1,300 clubs in 21 countries and territories
around the world. We are part of Soroptimist International of the Americas, Inc., a global
volunteer organization that provides resources and opportunities for women and girls to reach
their full potential and live their dreams. We are proud that to have our member Ginger Cole as
Soroptimist International of the America’s President.

Soroptimist signature programs are The Live Your Dream: Education and Training Awards for Women and Dream It Be it: Career Support for Girls. Soroptimist International of Los Angeles also offers the Joan Johnson Graduate Fellowship Award.

About our region
Los Angeles is located in the Camino Real Region of Soroptimist International of the Americas. The Camino Real Region consists of 22 clubs in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. The current Governor for the Camino Real Region is Lola Abrahamian, a member of Soroptimist International of Los Angeles.
