What is a Soroptimist?

Soroptimist is an international volunteer service organization for business and professional women who work to improve the lives of women and girls, in local communities and throughout the world.

Why become a Soroptimist?

• to meet and know other accomplished women;
• to be of service to the women and communities in Los Angeles and throughout the world;
• to participate in a local service organization and raise support for our programs of service.

Meetings:
Meetings are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month, September through June, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, with occasional noon meetings, at Taix French Restaurant at 1911 W. Sunset Blvd. in downtown Los Angeles. Valet ($2.50) and self parking are available at the restaurant.
